Local Delivery Within Singapore
the little oak tree. will process and ship your order within 2 business days.Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Do take note of delays that may incur during sales period. As these are estimated delivery times, we will not be able to guarantee delivery dates. If you have an urgent request, please drop us an email at hello@thelittleoaktree.com.
Delivery within Singapore is complimentary for orders above S$100. For all other orders below S$100, standard courier is chargeable at S$5.
Our Courier Service is also unable to deliver to the following addresses including (but not limited to) Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Tuas, Gul Way, Airport Boulevard, shipyards due to certain restrictions. We will contact you for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the restricted areas.
There will be an additional charge of S$5 for redelivery in the event of a failed delivery. As the delivery provider may not call before delivery, please ensure that there is someone to receive your package at your delivery address.
Delivery to Malaysia
For delivery to Malaysia, shipping rates are from S$15 onwards.
International Delivery
Please contact us at hello@thelittleoaktree.com to calculate your shipping rates manually for other zones before you place your order.
For all deliveries
Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.
Tracking
All packages shipped domestically and internationally will be trackable. Sign in to "Order History" to view your tracking information. Your tracking number will be emailed to you, and will also be available under "Details" the next working day after your order is shipped.
GST, Taxes and Duties
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges will be paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives in the destination country. All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Exchange, return and refund policy

Final Sale: All items purchased from our store are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
No Refunds: Once a purchase is completed, we are unable to issue refunds. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Product Condition: All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exceptions: In certain situations, exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion. Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
