What does it mean to be FSC certified?
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo on a forest product is your assurance that it is made with, or contains, forest-based materials from FSC-certified forests or reclaimed sources.

There's a knot/marking on my wooden toy!
These marks are perfectly normal. Wood is a natural material and it is common for such grains and markings to occur. This makes each toy unique, unlike artificial materials.

Order & Delivery
Do you provide free local delivery?
We offer free delivery for purchases above S$100. For all other orders, standard courier is chargeable at S$5 within Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please contact us at hello@thelittleoaktree.com to calculate your shipping rates.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments through Shopify Pay and Paypal.

Returns
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any requests of returns.
